Iâm a certified professional life coach, yoga teacher, and author of Tame Your Inner Critic: Journey to Unshakable Self-Worth and Confidence. After years of battling perfectionism and self-doubt, I discovered the power of self-compassion and mindfulness to transform my life. Based in Boston, I teach yoga regularly and help people quiet their inner critic, embrace their worth, and live with courage, confidence, and joy.

Caitlin Green knows firsthand what itâs like to live under the weight of a relentless inner critic. After years of battling perfectionism, anxiety, and self-doubt, she discovered that the path to freedom was not through more striving, but through self-compassion, mindfulness, and courage.
Her journey of healing led her to become a certified professional life coach and yoga teacher, with over a decade of experience in the personal growth and healing arts. She also holds two masterâs degrees in education and believes that teaching is both an art and a scienceâwhen people are given the right tools and practices, they are empowered for life.
Through her coaching and teaching, Caitlin has helped clients start businesses, overcome fears of public speaking, build sustainable self-care routines, release body shame, and reconnect with their spirituality.
In her debut book, Tame Your Inner Critic: Journey to Unshakable Self-Worth and Confidence, Caitlin weaves personal stories, science-backed practices, and practical tools to guide readers in transforming self-doubt into confidence and unconditional self-love.
She lives and works in the Boston area, where she coaches clients, teaches yoga regularly, and supports others in reclaiming their voice, embracing their worth, and living with courage and joy.
