My work blends the wisdom of yoga, neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality to helpĀ women toĀ reconnect with their innate worth and find contentment with themselves and in their lives.Ā 

For over a decade, I’ve been coaching clients through self-doubt, burnout, and big life transitions. My approach is grounded in both science and soul—helping people feel at home in their bodies, clear in their values, and courageous in their choices.

I’m the author of Tame Your Inner Critic: Journey to Unshakable Self-Worth and Confidence, a book that weaves together personal stories, practical tools, and reflective exercises to help readers cultivate a more compassionate and authentic relationship with themselves. It’s an interactive journey that integrates meditations, journaling prompts, and toolkits for lasting transformation.

My goal is to help you reconnect with your wholeness, trust your inner wisdom, and live from the truth of who you are.
